My duties and responsibilities:

-Oversee the operation and maintenance of hospital-wide electrical services.
-Develop and implement preventive and periodic maintenance plans.
-Conduct corrective maintenance to ensure seamless electrical system performance.
-Supervise project execution and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
-Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
-Review and approve method statements and risk assessments for subcontractors.
-Prepare technical specifications, RFPs, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
-Design and develop electrical shop drawings for hospital projects.

My duties and responsibilities:
-design maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.
-carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults.
-fit new parts and make sure equipment is working correctly
-carry out quality inspections on jobs.
-arrange specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings or components.
-deal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs
-supervising technical staff.
-set up and execute preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance.
-preparation BOQ and design drawing for new kitchen project or construction maintenance.

My duties and responsibilities include but not limited:
-Managing document control to include submittals, schedules, RFI, contract documents, project records drawing, etc.
-Coordinate with Planning Department to ensure project progress ontime & monitor schedule on regular basis.
-Preparing Electrical Shop Drawings (Lighting, Power, Power ForMechanical, Fire Alarm, Low Current, Public Address, Security, Access Control, Home Automation, AV, UPS, Controllers... etc).
-Supervision and follow up on works (Lighting, Power, Power For Mechanical, Fire Alarm, Low Current, Public Address, Security, Access Control, Busbar etc.) as per Shop Drawings and
client’s requirements.
-Issuing invoices & Vos.
-Coordination between electrical, mechanical & Arch. drawings.
Follow up daily RFIs with consultant.

My duties and responsibilities include but not limited:
-Planning and scheduling for required tasks daily, weekly and monthly.
-Managing document control to include submittals, schedules, RFI, contract documents, project records drawing, etc.
-Coordinate with Planning Department to ensure project progress ontime & monitor schedule on regular basis
-Preparing Electrical Shop Drawings (Lighting, Power, Power forMechanical, Fire Alarm, Low Current, Security, UPS... etc).
-Preparing electrical distribution board (DBs) and (MCCs).
-Preparing material submittals and Issuing invoices & Vos.
-Coordination between electrical, mechanical & Arch. drawings.
-Follow up daily RFIs with consultant.
-Coordinate the requirements with the project manager.
-Supervision and follow up on works as per Shop Drawings and client’s requirements.

My duties and responsibilities include but not limited:
