Maintenance Engineer

Maintenance Engineer
Responsible for the following systems:
(A) HVAC System
(B) Electrical System
(C) Plumbing Work
(D) Masonry Work.
(E) Fire fighting and fire alarm system.
(F) High speed doors (Auto shutter)
Responsibilities and duties:
1- Implementation and management of Maintenance Programs, including preventive
and corrective maintenance.
2- Monitor and control all maintenance activities in BH buildings and warehouses.
3- Optimize preventive maintenance scheduling to enhance staff productivity.
4- Create and update action plans.
5- Participate in annual budget preparation.
6- Prepare and monitor Annual maintenance contracts with sub-contractors, and ensure
that the contract will cover PM activities (PM tasks, Frequency…), CM, BD, response
time, and spare parts…
7- Follow-up and process all issues with sub-contractors.
8- Preparation of Bill of Quantities and floating the inquiries to the vendors.
9- Coordinate with leasing department for technical issues.
10- Preparing and updating spare parts lists with the stores
11- Receive & check reports from site Engineers & Supervisors.
12- Meeting new clients for new project proposal.
13- Receiving hand-over from contractors for new properties, follow-up snag list and
pending issues.
14- Follow up staff attendance, performance and overtime.
