Prepare all items from scratch including focaccia, desserts, sauces, salads, and juices

Produce desserts such as sponge cakes, banana bread, tiramisu, cheesecakes, bento cakes, apple tatin, and croissant pudding

Prepare creams and sauces: crème anglaise, frosting, salted caramel, cream cheese, mascarpone cream, meringue

I've done some motion graphic videos. I've designed brochures and things for a presentation slide. I've also worked on some slideshow videos. I've done a lot of projects for songs, I design the video and add the lyrics to it is what I basically do, the video can be still with some active effects and audio spectrum + the lyrics, or it can change with the song from time to time. I've worked on projects for weddings as well.

- Prepared desserts including Sebastian cheesecake, cookies, kunafa, and tiramisu

- Made sandwiches (turkey, chicken, club, halloumi, tuna)

- Prepared breakfast plates and salads (Caesar, Greek, Rocca) with house sauces

- Produced fresh granola and assisted in daily kitchen prep

I got some knowledge on how to play the organ and record for artists with my brother, and I was helping him with his work. I've worked on full projects.
