- 3 G Project Manager

• First person on touch with 3G integration project of multi-vendor Huawei RNCs with Erecsson core network.
• ensure of delivery and status work progress as a plans, the project consist of two vendors Ericsson and Huawei, including cross functional departments and teams with state of art and evolution of the network dimensioning,
• The project contains new roll-out 250 RBSs, 4 RNCs and 50 hubs to be integrated with 4 MGWs, core MSS and Transit-MSCs as hybrid to the existing 2G system.
• Prepare project implementation strategy with focus on UMTS sites swap and expansion Roll-out plan from survey and design to hand over and acceptance and project completion documents
• Manage communications the progress control, issue and change control and exceptions and escalation procedure, logistic and procurement and H&S control and quality and risk management.
