● Representing the owner in all stages of implementation of the project
● Continuous supervision and control over ( time, cost and quality)

• Attending site meetings with the consultant, main and sub contractors
• Reviewing material samples and approving material submittals
• Comparing current workflow to the approved time schedule
• Reviewing and approving payments presented by the consultant
• Preparing progress reports to be sent to head office
• Reporting, following up, and promptly resolving urgent project issues
• Reviewing drawings prepared by the consultant and providing feedback
• Attending legal meetings with company attorney
• Reviewing and approving quotations for all project works
• Ensuring compliance of the works to the contract and approved specifications
• Meeting and discussing project-related issues with government officials including SEWA, Civil Defense, RTA, Municipality, and the Planning Department
• Reviewing and evaluating the daily reports presented by the main contractor (labour count, on-site activities, subcontractors on the site)
• Reporting any safety violations on the site to the consultant and making sure they are addressed properly by the main contractor
• Supervising any on-site technical tests
• Contacting suppliers and obtaining quotations and samples for different items
• Coordinating and reviewing interior design and furniture layout and material selection with architectural/interior designers
• Checking works after completion and preparing snag lists
Worked at J.U.S.T. as a teaching assistant at the School of Architecture and Design for three successive semesters. This stage provided a valuable opportunity to further refine design skills by detecting design problems and flaws and quickly provide appropriate design alternatives. Duties included teaching of architectural and urban design principles; helping students to improve their designs; preparation of educational media (slideshows-videos); evaluating students’ work; and many other duties.
