Manage four departments;
- Estimation & Tendering Dep. Parametric Estimation for VIP palaces, detail estimation for public projects, prepare direct/ indirect project cost, project budgets. - Cost Control Dep. Established activity based cost and control system using EVM. - Planning Dep. Master & detailed schedules incorporated with procurement plans, project risks & contractual obligations. - Contract Administration Dep. Evaluate, negotiate contracts, contractual changes, Maintain project logs as needed, Project risks, claims, and change management.
• Project Charter / execution plan (scope, priorities, main packages, criticality, In-hand projected cash flow, funding scenarios, potential claims, & V.Os, site team role & limits, incentive policies, …etc) • Follow up project contractual and commercial matters as agreed on Project Charter between project parties. Follow up timely preparation and submittal of payment. • Report directly to CEO with findings, indicators, corrective actions and recommendations
• Prepared and won a claim of SAR 540 M, in SAR . • Amicable closure of SAR 170 M project. •In large scale Housing Complex Project in Jeddah, worked on Excusable -Compensable delay due to defective design, loss of productivity, unforeseeable sub-soil conditions and change in priorities. Submitted Risk free design concept for storm water drainage system. Conducted field experiment to quantify absorbability of 12, 000 sq.m lagoon at different water heads as part of method statement for dewatering and tailored work schedule accordingly. Swefieh Galleria Mall of US& 128 M ( 6 basements, GF+ 8 ), Prepared Project Milestones, Master plans, work sequence, coordinate between different work packages. Prepared detailed work schedule, Equipment, Material and Manpower loaded activities. Obtain cash flows according to Activity Based Costing system. Defined WBS with respect main packages, critical activities, and high risks tasks.
• Worked as fit-out consultant ( Design and PM services ) for eleven fast- track Carrefour Hypermarkets and Express stores in Jordan and Syria since 2006 ( very tight, highly diversified with interdependencies work schedules)
• Identified project risks (legal, finance, and technical issues) and incorporate them in contract documents. Managed design works (interdisciplinary coordination), Tailored contract documents and contract conditions based on Fidic. • Prepared cost models for self-sustainable city utilizing engineering economics • Planned, controlled or quoted on major renovation projects ( Carrefore retail stores, French Ambassador House, French school, Potassium Co H.O building, 40 Arab bank branches. Renovation sequence: defined scope of project zones, safety & security plans, protected items, demolishing plan, and procurement plan, Partial Handing -over, testing and commissioning, final handing over. • Three Successful business development cases for Carrefour stores in Jordan & Qatar. • Helped Ministry of Public Works and Housing in studies pertaining the Royal Initiative “Decent Housing for Decent Living” which consisted of new city of 100, 000 dwellings 45 km far from Amman. . • Worked as local consultant for international developers/investors (EBRAM), consultants (Farrell-UK, Palace Ventures-UK, Himma-KSA) for large housing projects in Jordan.
