Renovation sequence: defined scope of project zones, safety & security plans, protected items, demolishing plan, and procurement plan, Partial Handing -over, testing and commissioning, final handing over. • Three Successful business development cases for Carrefour stores in Jordan & Qatar. • Helped Ministry of Public Works and Housing in studies pertaining the Royal Initiative “Decent Housing for Decent Living” which consisted of new city of 100, 000 dwellings 45 km far from Amman. . • Worked as local consultant for international developers/investors (EBRAM), consultants (Farrell-UK, Palace Ventures-UK, Himma-KSA) for large housing projects in Jordan.
