Managing Residential, Commercial & Free hold Properties including Commercial units like Shops & offices, Residential units, Compound villas and Shopping malls.
Prepare lease offers and documentation of the same to assure that all lease transactions are complied with regulatory and legal requirements.
Attending leasing enquiries, negotiate and review lease offers with current and prospective customers.
Carry out screening of lease applications and site visits to the properties.
Study and analyze the market in order to provide support to the Section Head to identify new opportunities in the market.
Coordinate with marketing medias such as Gulf News, Khaleej Times, Albayan & Dubizzle.
Ejari system user which is governed by RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) and Dubai Land Department to make registration of rental / lease agreements.
Coordinating with Maintenance & DEWA Procedure.
Conduct weekly meeting with Management team to review the leasing status.

• Include leasing and renewals of Annual Tenancy Contract of residential and commercial apartments, shops, showrooms and kiosks.
• Undertakes Property Management functions.
• Shopping mall management.
• Coordinates with leasing, maintenance, housekeeping and building and shopping mall security.
• Overseeing the proper implementation of scheduled maintenance work of vacant and occupied units.
• Has the responsibility of shopping Mall promotional activities and entertainment.
• Administrative tasks including drafting of various correspondences and letters including tenant notices, reminders, Landlord letters etc.
• RERA Certified professional.
• Ejari Contract preparation.
• Liaising with sales and marketing team on upcoming vacant residential and commercial units.
• Addressing tenant grievances and enquiries
