Dealing with customer enquiries by telephone, email, letter or face to face. Ensuring that a customers problem is brought to a satisfactory conclusion. Processing new client accounts, maintaining customer accounts, implementing changes to existing accounts, and filing documents and other paperwork. Completing all administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, opening mail etc and updating records. Made bookings and reservations for hotels and game reserves for arriving tourists. Advertised products for other companies around the country to the tourists and made higher sales during the seasons. Using Word & Excel to write reports and invoices. Also acted as a sales support person for the company in which I advertised products and services thus convincing clients on which products to buy creating a sense of trust with them.
