• Verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling accounts payables, Producing error-free accounting reports and presents their results. Analyzing financial information.
• Responsible for recording and reporting the cash flow transactions of the company Reconciliation, Bank facilities and loans, financial reporting, and maintaining financial controls.
• Responsible for reporting and closing the monthly payroll accounts and supports the payroll staff when they face any problems.
• Provide reports to Senior Management of the company
• Processing a high volume of invoices, understanding credit/debit and auditing payments.
• Preparation of cheques on due dates.
• Preparing and providing the needed financial reports to the financial manager.
• Reviewing and checking up journal entries and posting into general ledger.
• Managing & reconciling bank accounts transactions.
• Preparing and closing monthly payroll accounting entries and prepare all needed financial reports and support the payroll staff when they face any problems.
Provide the support needs to successfully manage the company accounting department, from day to day bookkeeping, to detailed financial analysis.
