New Product Development Manager
• Develop and provide a comprehensive strategic plan, objectives and KPI for all proposed new product launches.

• Key contribution to obtain the sole distribution right of Mondelez ice cream in UAE (Oreo, Cadbury, Toblerone…etc.)
• Develop and execute long-term Marketing Strategic Plan for both dry and the ice cream business.
• Establish and execute the vision for the Marketing Department in line with the vision of the company and principles.
• Assess, Build & Lead Marketing Department to New Levels of Achievement & Performance as well as re-engineer the sales and distribution plans to maximize sales while keep an open eye on the bottom line.
