• My role is to insure transparency and strict compliance with the BSF, central bank guidance / instructions and accounting principles standards on the entire bank with Purchases / Procurements of General Expense need.

• Attending Tender Committee biding for BSF for any upcoming new projects.

• Verify all procurement documents and insure compliance with the internal procedure, accounting standards with SAMA regulations.

• Ensure all payments are supported by proper documentations i.e. ( IC approval/ Budget, IC Utilization, Tender Committee signoff approval for 100k), check accuracy of figures SAR/ USD approved by authorized persons and their levels within allocated budget.

• Daily checking of WINGS system/ TMR report accounts to ensures the payment Is processed daily and it’s been reflected correctly.

• Preparing monthly, quarterly, sami annually and yearly capitalization for all the Fixed Assets which has been paid by BSF each month i.e. ( renewal of software, IT equipments, BSF new branches and any related fixed assets for the bank.

• Running depreciation for all the assets by using ORACLE for all the categories each month.

• Obtaining proceeds of Sale after Disinvesting/ Retirements of an asset on ORACLE system.

• Personally conducted over 100 credit decisions for Saudi National, Expatriate and Self-Employed applicants.
• Achieved 100% approval for all credit exceptions ratified by DGF Executive Committee.
• Reviewed and analyzed special conditions, loan deficiencies, and exception requests to determine appropriate
course of action on such requests.
• Reconsider, evaluated and synthesized data to ascertain loan viability and identified risk issues and potential
fraud.
• Supported in identifying, recommending and/or discussed loan requirements, funding and/or loan structuring
conclusion.
• Exceeded targets for average number of units in weekly credit pipeline.
• Aided in design of Shariah compliant lending products such Ijarah and Murabahah.
• Trained Saudi National successor as planned.
• Signed formal business agreements with large developers in Saudi Arabia and a Riyadh real estate company.

• Independently conducted full and comprehensive evaluations of a variety of complex, high-risk mortgage loan
applications.

• Responsibilities also include preparation of credit applications involving an in depth study of clients industries and the general business environment.
• The process involves structuring of limits, risk analysis, assessment of capacity of repayment and all year monitoring of triggers and covenants for individual customers as well as the overall portfolio.
• Structuring of credit limits to optimally address client needs along with operational servicing of the portfolio.
• Supported Senior Managers to originate new deals and increase utilizations thereby improving wallet share.
