I manage the steam production from the Boiler plant. My main responsibilities are:
- Stabilize and enhance operations
- Order spare parts
- Prepare project tender and meet suppliers
- Maintenance of the plant equipment and all the piping network and accessories and diesel station
- Reporting to HVAC director and general director
Boiler plant team:
5 technicians and 5 operators
As Management Trainee:
- Got 3 Months training in factories (sections of cylinder, pump, sealing, fabrication and rubber), supply chain, quality, marketing, technical and selling departments.
- Represented AFI twice, in the kingdom's largest gathering of downstream professionals, the 4th Saudi Downstream and in the 11th Corporate Maintenance Forum & exhibition.
Assigned as Technical Sales Engineer:
- Visiting the customer to study and analyze the system. Suggest solutions
- Arrange brainstorming meeting with engineers to find solutions for complicated systems
- Ensure the proper system specification before submitting the production order to the factory.
- Prepare Quotations
- Follow up the paid order to ensure smooth job completion and customer satisfaction.
- Report to branch manager
- Participate in weekly sales meetings
- Awarded a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours, Second Class, 1st division (Upper second, British Class) - Achieved an award twice (2013-2014 and 2014-2015) and received three congratulatory letters from the Saudi Arabian Cultural Bureau - Wrote an article (optimization of photovoltaic module assembly using Finite Element and Taguchi method) after I completed my final year project (research) using the following software SolidWorks to draw the assembly ANSYS for Simulation Microsoft Excel to draw charts and make calculations Minitab to analyse the data to obtain the main effect of control factors
(7 semesters, 3.5 years): Got the second award for students who attained excellent grades (3 semesters) and the first award for students who attained exceptional grades (one semester)
