Working for Mediterranean & Gulf Cooperative Insurance & Reinsurance Company (S.J.S.C) " as an IT Support and service desk Team leader, where my job duties evolve support all employees technical and system issue. My duties also contain Follow up with all point of sale on implementation and technical support.
Duties and responsibilities: o Team leader for 10 support employees (6 in H.O, 2 in Khobar and 2 in Jeddah)
o Team leader for service desk call center.
o Support for 46 sites all over the kingdom.
o Responsible for Quality Assurance of service desk, Support and IT purchasing (toners, PC's, printers, card printers, hand punch, scrutiny cameras, WiFi routers etc.)
o Follow up with customers Implementation.
• Bachelor degree in computer science (CS) from Petra University, Amman, Jordan •Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) •Microsoft certified professional (MCP) •Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA) •Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) •Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
