I was working in the technical support unit and i worked in these tasks and projects:
Developed and managed a program for the alarm management system that works as a dashboard for arranging data and displaying its important graphs.
Worked in collaboration with vendors to fix issues with the metering system PLC's logic.
Worked with collaboration with YOKOGAWA vendors to find the error source on the readings in some of the level transmitters in some tanks. Checked the connections, the hardware and the network to find where the issue is.
Checking and reporting the alarms in the alarm management system and the ESD, DSD bypasses in a regular bases (Weekly, Quarterly).
Controlling and troubleshooting all changes or issues related to the systems in the Cargo control room (CCR).
Achievements/Tasks
Planning and Assgining KPIs for the IT department with the talent development team.
Develop automatic solutions with an easy to use interface for some routine tasks that consumes the time of the employees.
Analyze data for some units of the company like the demand unit; to improve their productivity and check their results.
Planning and Visiting other sites to provide and install the site' required electrical equipment, including: Switches, Network Rack, UPS and Router.
Worked in a project that amid to utilize the software that we the company used for sales, to swap the papers checklists with a digital checklists. Reducing the effort and time of the data entry by the employees.
