Responsibilities:
• Deal with the preparation and submission of VAT returns.
• Review and record vendors’ invoices (Raw Materials, Spare Parts, Direct Expenses).
• Prepare and record all vendors’ payments (local and foreign).
• Review, record, and replenish the office petty cash.
• Reconciliation of banks, vendors & GL accounts.
• Cooperate on monthly & yearly end-closing entries.
• Provide the external auditor with the needed task and answer their queries.

* Prepare bank reconciliation on
monthly basis & posting all transaction
to the ledgers
* Confirm the vendor's balances via
balance confirmation with stamp and
signature
* Review & record of petty cash
invoices in system and issue the
cheque
* Cooperate in monthly closing
* Review the payroll list monthly
