• Shift Management of all OCC team, Address and document any performance issues on shift and pass on to manager for any further performance management;
• Supervising resources, including drivers, customer service and security staff and ensure all legislation.
• Devise, implement and maintain relevant and contractually compliant procedures and processes.
• Investigate incidents in accordance with relevant procedures.
• Perform all duties in the OCC when required, regulator, Line Officer, Network Liaison Officer.
• Monitor and reply to call center complaints as required.
• Preparing daily operational reports and performance data.
• Ensure adhearance to safety and all contractual KPI reporting.
• Attending emergency medical visits with injured worker and following injury management process.
• Supervise the development of new OCC staff through mentoring.
• Assist with staff recruitment;
• On occasion perform the duties of OCC Manager as required.
• Attend any meetings on behalf of the OCC Manager as required.
• Complete specialised projects as directed by the COO, and Other duties as requested.

Managing The Routes and Buses across All over the Kingdom.
Reporting any lssues on the route to
competent authorities.
Working as a liaison between Drivers
and Engineers and Operations.
Coordinate Logistics with drivers to
ensure efficient.
Drive a car with the capacity of more than 7 seats to transport and deliver customers and luggage .
Keeps record of number of trips, receipts and lost items
Cleans, inspects, and services vehicle.
May be required to perform warehouse functions between scheduled deliveries or as needed.
Document and report any problems with customers or on the road
Practice good safe driving and comply with all safety regulations and transportation laws.
Research delivery locations and map the routes before leaving .
Other duties as assigned.
