The responsiblty for the Fisher paint requirements and strictly follow the same to achieve the highest quality productuct finish.

• qualification to paint systems ( FBS1A, FBS1B, FBS3, FBS3B, FBS4, FBS6, FBS7A, FBS7B FBS8A, FBS8C, FBS8D, FBS8E, ABCS1A, ABCS2C, and others).
• Blasting and Painting of control valves, actuators & components, record the same in the paint log.
• Control the curing oven for the proper drying of the painted valves and components.
• Mask the parts for blasting and painting.
• Operate, clean and maintain the blast and paint equipment, accessories and the rooms. .
• Perform the paint inspection and record the same.
• Coordinate with the assembly and stores leader on the blast/paint requirements.
• Prompt the assembly leader when the paint load drops.
• Follow procedure as per manual.
• Ensure paint applied is in accordance with job card prior to final assembly.
• Leader of the contract personnel of paint and Blast.

Receiving shipments from companies delivery then receive in the system, sort the parts to main Location inside store, picking the parts from store to production, issuing, and Packaging the inside boxes.

Supporting the official and operator of the drilling machine in the download and extraction of oil drilling equipment of all kinds.Specialized in mixing chemical and chemical materials for drilling oil wells according to the requirements and mixing steps with high accuracy and control of the valve cell and its paths.Supervising the supporting staff in the tank board for chemical mixing and guidance.
