Since I joined the company, I worked in the Naval Services Project Team and performed the following:
• Procurement of the projects’ needs. (stationery and other equipment)
• Carrying out the IT representative role in the work site.
• Managing the incoming and outgoing documentation of the projects.
• Carried out the tasks of representing the Safety, Health and Environment department in the residential compound and administration building which made us achieve OHSAS 18001 certification.
• Carrying out office administration tasks.
Performing general activities which include the following:
• Management of domains, computers, and user accounts in windows active directory.
• Troubleshooting hardware/software/network problems.
• managing access authorizations in file server and ISA server.
• Computer hardware technical support
I also performed software programming activities using Visual Basic and SQL Server and achieved the following:
• I developed a daily data backup system.
• I built from scratch a system for employees' loans.
Developed an exam scheduling software as the senior project. Main Courses: 1-System Analysis & Design, 2-Computer, Web and Mobile Programming, 3-Databases and Database Management Systems 4-Computer Networks, 5- IT Security and Policies 6- IT Project Management 7- Enterprise Systems
