Working as Design Specialist II for New Builds & Upgrade of Existing Rigs with one of the Largest Drilling Company, Experience of Rig Building, Piping & Structural design, Construction of Mud systems, Driller Shelters, Tanks, Skids, Baskets, Stores, Workshops & Camps, Flowline & Pipeline. Supervise Fabrication, Welding & Painting,
• Design and preparation of CAD models of machines, devices, products, tools, structural, piping, engineering submittals and other items that are under engineering study.
• Familiar with standard materials used in mechanical, structural and piping designs.
• Prepare assembly, detail, layout and general arrangement drawings.
• Design of machines and equipment.
• Conduct site visits, discuss with the end users and discuss the scope of works.
• Give suggestion and solutions.

• Participate in engineering studies and assist the design engineers in gathering and recording data, performing trails, testing in the course of validating design ideas.
• Prepare drawings for mechanical, civil and other technical engineering drawings.
• Design and drafting of machine parts and equipment using Autodesk Inventor 2008, 2009, 2010 and Mechanical Desktop (AutoCAD Mechanical).
• Prepare as-built drawings of parts, component in accordance with DIN, ANSI/ASME, BSN standards.
• Check and inspect all delivered fabricated machine parts as per designed drawings and specification.
• Physical measurements and verifications where necessary.

• Designed various Air Conditioning equipments from small 3 Tons condensing units to large 800 Tons Chillers based on standards to specific customer requirements considering the aspects of installation, servicing and application.
• Work as R&D Designer involved in sheet metal, Refrigeration tubing and various parts and Unit Assemblies in using ProEngineer as the Design software.
• Monitored designed parts and equipments manufacturing and assembly that reduced if not avoided problems in mass production with consideration to productivity and process improvement.
• Prepared and checked Mechanical drawings and Bill of Materials for large Air Conditioning equipment assemblies.
• Supervise the fabrication and assembly line.
