• Develop procurement schedule for inspectable & non-inspectable martials.
• Review assigned MR (Material Request ion) Package including but not limited to scope of supply, MTO, data
sheets /drawings, QA/QC requirements, 9COM level inspection, NMR requirements, Engineering standards & SAEP, SAMSS &SAES forms and requirements.
• Float RFQ to the Aramco RVL and collect quotations.
• Prepare & analyze tecno-commercial comparison sheet for all received offers and submit the selected vendors TBE (technical bid evaluation) to engineering and/or designers for review.
• Prepare material technical submittal for non-inspectable materials.
• Negotiate commercial, delivery & payment terms with vendors/manufacturers.
• Submit AR (award recommendation) to Aramco for approval.
• Issue a PO (Purchase order) utilizing ERP system.
• Generate a sheet to follow up with vendors and sub-vendors from the initial stage of NMR submission to the material delivery to site with the collaboration of SA-PMT.
• Visit and attend meeting with local IK vendors to follow up the mfr. progress and report to SA-PMT.
• Attend meeting and prepare a weekly Contractor Procurement Report (CPR) with SA-PMT.
• Generate and prepare the following reports to be submitted to Aramco:
• Fixed Asset Tagging • OOK & IK Reports • PO list Report.

Procurement Mechanical Engineer responsibilities & duties.
• Handling Aramco and Non-Aramco Projects procurements activities: -
Aramco industrial Projects: -
Experience in MEP inspectable and non-inspectable materials as buyer and expeditor.
- As Buyer: -
