Accountant Job Responsibilities:
Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting
data; preparing reports.
Documents financial transactions.
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance
sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial
information confidential.
Prepares payments by verifying documentation
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Working in the Centralized purchasing system, at head office, executing purchase orders to various suppliers around the world and responsible for arranging materials to all the 17 branches inside and outside Kingdom.
• Responsible for close monitoring of Purchase Orders especially the delivery time and mode of shipment and to make sure that the order reached the customer in time for their satisfaction.
• Follow up on supplier confirmed delivery date of materials to ensure timely dispatch in line with project
requirements.
• Entering customer information to the database and managing payments and bridal accounts.
• Responsible for preparation and sending of Request for Quotation (RFQ) to foreign suppliers for all Branch
reference.
• Calculating price breakdowns, discounts, and freight charges prior to generating and processing.
