Assemble normal and customized electrical boxes. Complete daily assigned tasks. Collaborate with other Mechanical Assembler to solve
unit problems.
Maintain units for smooth running and apply any further
required action. Complete any required and preventive maintenance for
water treatment units. Work for Epiphany’s main shop to finish punch list items
for shop improvements. Prepare spare parts to be transfer to units’ sites and
fabricate any needed parts. Collaborate with other Mechanical Engineers to solve unit
problems.
Manage electrical and mechanical equipment and
facilities with the competency of a plant operator. Function as plant operation to calibrate and troubleshoot
automation, power and building interface systems. Check
temperature, pressure, vacuum, level, flow rate, and/or
transfer of gas to maintain processes at required levels or
to correct problems. Monitor equipment functioning, observe temperature, level, and flow gauges, and perform
regular unit checks, to ensure that all equipment is
operating as it should. Determine causes of abnormal
pressure variances, and make corrective
recommendations, such as installation of pipes to relieve
overloading. Start and shut down plant equipment. Clean, maintain, and repair equipment, using hand tools, or
request that repair and maintenance work be performed. Collaborate with other operators to solve unit problems.
