•Plan, Implement, and Evaluate Internal & External Training Courses.
• Administrate Professional Development Program (PDP) as per company processes.
• Implement Talent Management Program (TMP) and progress through CDP module in SAP-SF.
• Design & Implement Career Development and Succession Planning System.
• Estimate and propose training budget and ensure cost effective utilization (TNA)
• Administer all learning & Development activities in Learning Management System Module in SAP-SF
• Conduct orientation training to all new joiners.
• Develop several plans for new joiners (rotation plans, IDP, etc.)
• Administer and plan the executive development programs for all general managers.
• Handle all Subcontractors Employee procedure and process (onboarding, offboarding, documentations).
• Create purchase requisition (PR) for different department activity (services, budgetary, materials PRs).
• Initiate Manpower Requisition (MRR) through Q-pulse for open vacant.
• Administer the monthly accruals payment for several department’s activity (SES, GRN) through SAP system.
• Generate standard templates and forms for excel sheets, surveys, and PowerPoint Reports.
• Order & monitor stationary stock for the company through SAP system.
• Develop and review multiple procedures for General Services Section.
• Monitor the Carpool & Currier requests from several departments.
• Administer the leadership assessments at the Talent Assessment and Coaching Center
• Handle planning & executing the renovation project of the Executive Leadership Center (ELC) at Ras Tanura.
• Develop & monitor expenditure budget for the center.
• Plan for logistics and services for the center’s activities
• Create standard templates and forms for excel sheets, surveys, and process maps.
• Work with experienced professionals to revise leadership competencies corporate wide.
• Participants in different presentation for the department level.
• Handle maintenance requests for the center facilities.
• Responsible for the center expenditure warehouse in the center.
• Support participants in term of IT issues.
Bachelor degree in Business Administration with 3.4 out of 4 GPA. Elective Courses: Managerial Accounting, Intermediate Accounting, Quality System
