specialized in Power disabling and diagnosing in High voltage vehicle models. ( Including manual power disabling)
High voltage battery specialist.
Performs work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy
in accordance to Mercedes Benz and NBKA standards and procedures.
• Ensures seat covers, steering wheel cover, gear level cover and floor matt
cover are in the vehicle before carrying out any repair.
• Install fender covers before carrying out any repair on the vehicle.
• Diagnoses cause of any malfunction and performs repair.
• Attach initial & final star diagnosis print out to the repair order if needed.
• Assign tasks to team members.
• Determine the completion timeline and monitor progress to keep the project on track and on schedule.
• Communicate clear instructions to team members.
• Manage the flow of day-to-day operations.
• Create and distribute reports to update the company on the team’s progress.
Prepare, supervise and control workshop activities, including the scheduling of work in the service department. Assist all Technicians and Apprentice Technicians in the diagnosis of mechanical problems; Ensure that Technicians and Apprentice Technicians are using their time effectively and efficiently
Upon completion of normal repairs and/or service inspect and test machinery with the Technician who
completed the job to ensure the equipment has been repaired and/or serviced in accordance with the customer’s instructions and manufacturers guidelines
Ensure customers receive the best quality service by requiring that all jobs are completed correctly the first time. Ensure all customer equipment/machinery is presented back to the customer in a clean and presentable standard
Check and inspect that all tools are available and maintained in the correct place and that all equipment is in suitable working condition; Control and set workshop behavioural standards
Worked as a Pro Technician in Nissan motors Kuwait Performed major Service jobs, Brake jobs and suspension jobs Familiar with Nissan diagnosing tools and service manuals Performed Engine works with Nissan Cars
