1) Takes charge of the daily activities of the assigned erection team to ensure that the erection works are completed without delays and as per project requirements and specifications.
2) Ensures that the erection of the precast units are done according to the specification.
3) Coordinate with the Planning Projects Engineer in the preparation of Precast Project schedule which is being submitted to and approved by the client to ensure that the projects can be completed at the right and agreed time frame.
4) See to it that enough manpower, including the right machinery and equipment are in place at the erection site to ensure the erection jobs are done and completed without delays.
5) Ensures that all precast units are erected in accordance with the layout and shop drawings, specifications and established procedures so that the erection schedule is met as per agreed by the company and the client.
6) Prepares the weekly erection status, manpower, cost and other related reports of the assigned project to ensure a smooth flow of the erection activities and so that updates can be provided to clients at any time.
7) Ensures that health and safety regulations and measures are being adhered to by all erections workers to avoid any untoward accidents and loss.
