- Managed four sub sections of dedicated teams responsible for ensuring uniform items are controlled, issued, and maintained, vis:
o Flight Deck, Cabin Crew, engineering, Security (around 15000 personnel)
o Outstation staff across QR network (around 6000 personnel)
- Managed inventory controls to ensure correct items, correct place, correct time
- Familiarity with re branding requirements, ensuring controls in place to manage supplier performance, cost control, and company requirements to ensure effective sourcing and cost strategies
- Coordinated with end user departments, developing and ensuring new inventory is launched as per QR requirements
- Budgetary control to meet company policies and ensure effective cost management leading to potential
and actual cost savings
