Successfully managed Health Electronic Surveillance Network (HESN) Project and Data Management for over 3000 public and private hospitals; and primary healthcare centers across the region using HESN immunization and investigation. Credited for facilitating the shaping and development of healthcare strategy with the MOH and critical stakeholders, leading through a highly consultative process, thought-partnership, strong connection, collaboration and critical thinking.
• Providing leadership on HESN technical issues; data structure and system design; definitions and standards; data quality; health indicators and assisting end users.
• Pivotal in facilitating knowledge transfer sessions and identifying barriers in implementing proposed technology solutions.
• Administering the HESN project on a daily basis and monitoring data quality, data maintenance, archiving, analysis, documentation and reporting.

• Proposing recommendations for effective data management and interpretation of evolving robust health management system.
• Supporting and defining other major projects within MOH Public Health Agency viz. The Emergency National Situation Room, MOH Control and Command Center, and support the use of HESN in all Hajj facilities across Makkah, and Jeddah.
• Imparting training to MOH staff, private hospitals, and other governmental healthcare providers across Saudi Arabia.
• Developing strategy function frameworks, processes and resources to ensure the future sustainable leadership in public health.
Achieved milestone in developing Middle East Mobile Healthcare Strategy to help lead government mobile healthcare initiatives. Presented this to strategic leadership who executed their future business efforts based on this strategy.
• Reviewed existing systems and procedures and designed internal controls/quality audit checks for various operational areas for achieving higher operational efficiency and resource rationalization.
• Provided the initiative, vision, strategic planning, administrative leadership in furthering training efforts based on a nationwide disease and health surveillance system of HESN (Health Electronic Surveillance Network).
• Strategically influenced Ministry of Health’s policy in 16 regions in Saudi Arabia in preparation for the nationwide rollout of HESN and focused on critical site assessments for facilities spread across SA.
• Accountable to define and execute projects to address group-level strategic priorities and issues and support execution of projects and initiatives, and monitor progress.
• Made thorough project assessment and consulted Ministry on important initiatives in key deployment and training strategies on “Train the Trainer” training sessions on HESN core modules, security, reporting, and mentoring regional trainers.
• Led a special initiative and managed the implementation of HESN MERS Corona Virus investigations processes at all private and governmental hospitals in 9 out of 20 health regions across Saudi Arabia during MERS outbreak.
Assessed clinical practices and government health services system and funding policy for developing of methodologies to address the overarching challenge facing health systems in Saudi Arabia for the introduction of HESN.
• Responsible for driving transformative change by executing on both strategic, high-impact improvement initiatives and embedding change management and continuous improvement into the culture of the organization.
• Collaborated with IBM project teams to design the infrastructure and architecture requirements in line with a change management strategy to support the project implementation.
• Focused on driving change initiatives and developing a dynamic change culture in order to enable the continued growth of the company through weekly change management meetings and training improvements.

• Served as the coordinator for the Client Services Training Staff, ranging from troubleshooting to problem resolution, resulting in enhanced customer satisfaction.
• Identified, measured, tracked, resolved and reported on specific client requests and issues.
• Took ownership of customer issues in order to follow-up on outstanding requests and escalated issues when necessary.
