Working as production engineer in reduction and distillation department. Have experience in operating titanium manufacturing process and the assembly operation of the vessel. Responsibilities as follow
1- Operating reduction operations for manufacturing titanium including operations prior to the chemical reaction in order to prepare the batch to start the process.
2- Operating the moving preparation process at the end of the chemical reaction in order to prepare the batch for the distillation process.
3- Operating the connection process in the distillation operation to start the purification of the produced titanium.
4- Operating the disconnection process which is at the end of the distillation process in which all parts are disconnected and vessel is prepared for the push-out process.
5- Performing periodic maintenance on all parts used in the reduction and distillation process.
6- Performing Lid Removal process prior to the push-out process in order to prepare it for the crushing department.
7- Performing quality checks on the lid and its parts as well as the vessel by measuring the thickness and ensuring its quality and efficiency before using in another process.
8- Supervision of new trainees and providing theoretical and practical training and teaching.
9- Assigning tasks among the group members efficiently to ensure equal progression and development of each individual.
University Degree: Bachelor of Chemical Engineering University: Kanagawa Institute of Technology, kanagawa - Japan Graduation Project: Evaluation of Solar Energy Research and its Applications in Saudi Arabia.
I studied Bachelor of Chemical Engineering by Japanese and Graduation Project by English.
