• To provide professional leadership to the team and monitor standards of service
• To utilise expert knowledge and skills to assist staff working with complex issues.
• To ensure effective use of resources including staff management
• To lead and implement two projects across the ADHB
• To contribute to the change management projects by coaching staff, championing issues and providing feedback to Service Manager.
• To monitor the budget and finance management.
