TASKS
• Providing all kind of solution and troubleshooting to resolve the end-user issues and incident.
• tickets and calls are taken care of, using BMC Client Management Console and Remedy (Smart IT), and users are satisfied within SLA.

• Develop test cases that cover all agreed business requirements
• Take ownership of work assigned with more of a leading role towards projects and CR's.
• providing System integration testing (SIT) and call for User acceptance testing (UAT).
• Retesting defect and try to finish the CR/Project on time to focusing on more CR's and Project
• Perform E2E testing in SIT and uncover all possible defects to reflect reduction of issues found in UAT
• Provide full support to Business users during UAT
• handling CRs and projects where dealing with developers and business (UAT) and reducing defects from SIT to UAT till it’s in production
• React to incoming calls from consumers to answer Inquiries and requests
• troubleshoot issues,
• provide information
• handle feedback about the organization's product or services.
