General Description:
Provide volunteering opportunities for international students to volunteer in social impact projects in Bahrain that contributes to the sustainable development goals (SDGs)

Role Description:
• Coached and managed a diverse network of 4 local branches to deliver an integrated exchange program to 300+ youth from over 30 countries in the world, leading to 68% growth of the program and making AIESEC in Bahrain ranking 4th in the MEA region.
• Developed and delivered 3 social impact projects that are aligned to the United Nation's Sustainable Development Goals led to impacting over 2034 beneficiaries from different private schools and NGOs in Bahrain
• Set and ensure running strategy of supply & demand alignment of international volunteers with local opportunities requirements.
• Designed and ensured implementation of cultural preparation seminars for the program participants to integrate them and prepare them for the program.
• Develop and ensure execution of member education cycle for over 60 Bahrainis to handle social projects and integration of international volunteers in Bahrain
• Ensured quality and impact assessment of local community development projects with 94% promoters through which we received honorary awards from Capital Governorate and Prince Nasser bin Hamad.
• Successfully increased conversion rate from interested applicants to volunteers in Bahrain from 21% to 40%
• Developed a framework to facilitate the volunteer's journey during and post their experience in Bahrain.
