• Work side to side with Operations Manager to identify operational priorities and objectives, such as, efficiency, inspection, cost savings, energy conservation, operator convenience, safety, environmental quality; estimating and time line.
• Analyzing and summarizing data and trends of all projects.
• Ensure that the safety and healthy work environment is implemented according standards and legal regulations.
• Work closely with engineer’s team to identify operational problems by observing and studying plans functioning and performance results; investigating complaints and suggestions.
• Contribution with Operations Manager in developing solutions by defining, studying and estimating to meet client’s standards and achieve projects success.
• Providing personnel request from the client and arranging interviews.
• Coordination with client for the actual mobilization of the candidate at project site.
• Contribution in preparing the detailed job descriptions, qualification, experience, mandatory skill requirements, type of certification needed for the specific job, mobilization date, duration of the project.
• Arranging the mobilization and de-mobilization of all CTSA inspectors.
• Ensure that all projects plan are moving forward with the client.
• Acting as Operations Manager during business travels and vacation.
• Updating the Quality Management Systems of the company from version ISO 9001:2008 to ISO 9001:2015, and helping each department by how to implement the new system.
• Providing the necessary help to the business development department.
• Supervise the expeditor engineers during their assignments for materials expediting.
• Deal with the systems of Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
• Keep the Operations Department informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations.
• Assist the Operations Department in drafting and issuance of project proposals, RFP’s, corrective action etc.
• Prepare all RFP project organization and communication charts.
• Track the progress and quality of work being performed by inspectors.
• Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team.
• Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner.
• Screening the CV’s of the new candidates/applicant, ensuring if they are matching the required qualification as per client’s requirement.
• Coordinate with the client for review CVs and arrange for an interview after acceptance.
• Follow up the status of the proposed CV’s to the client.
• Prior the mobilization of inspector all the required items (PPE’s, QMIS access and safety orientation) should be accomplished.
