• Generate a report from ERP (Oracle) to analyze the data and provide real answers for the top management.
• Ensure that employee data is entered into the ERP in an accurate and integrated way in order to avoid any issues and minimize the risk.
• Analyze the data performance of different programs and provide the function criteria to measure their performance level.
• Based on the old data performance, I created a report and dashboard that determined the budget utilization for the HR process.
• Issuing employee ID numbers for new joiners through Oracle.
• Opening new vacancies (MRR) as per requirements for each project that needs new joiners.
