Responsible for complete end to end supply chain operations. Managing multiple sports brands such as; Under Armour/Puma/Speedo/Asics/Coega etc. Hands on experience with SAP & Synthesis (Customized ERP). Ensure & verify all item master records are updated and correct. Single point of contact for all brand related info & collaborate with various internal-stake holders.
I manage every function from procurement to distribution. I am actively involved in supplier negotiation, order fulfillment, inventory control and distribution. Having retail distribution I also manage forecasting, vendor mgmt., new product development, monitor aging stock & enhancing customer satisfaction.
Responsible for managing a fleet of 15 trucks& work-force of 20 labors. Manage loading and unloading of goods into trucks and distribution through mini vans. And report daily activities to my manager.
I handled procurement, Logistics, accounts and inventory management. My duty was to follow-up with suppliers; regarding order fulfillment and production status.Communicated with 3PL for on time shipment deliveries, booking container space and transport of containers to warehouse. I coordinated with store keeper for any inventory discrepancy, customer delivery, customer complaints and stock reorder
