Worked under the Division of Procurement and Supply management, responsible for analysis of failure cases and
metallurgical aspects, inspection and expediting of shop-fabricated equipment following the applicable codes.
➢ Ma’aden Ammonia 3 Plant Shutdown
o Failure and Root cause analysis to the convection bank short -term overheated tubes of the primary
reformer aided with replica test.
o Corrosion analysis and RCA for the auxiliary boiler raptured tubes providing the optimum corrosion
prevention in the future.
➢ Proposed a successful corrosion protection system for corrosion case after failure analysis in MCI project.
➢ Failure analysis for several cases using the metallurgical analysis occurred in pipe elbows that caused
complete fracture in Alexfert plant.
➢ Inspection of Pressure Vessel Fabrication in Lafarge Kiln Section Replacement following ASME BPVC Sec 8.
➢ Revising and approving ITPs and expediting the manufacturing processes along with QC Inspection for GRP
Composite piping, scrubber unit and pump in part of NCIC Project.
➢ Completion of ASMEDA Mechanical Assessment Project
o Generating project control sheets for all static and rotating equipment and project follow-up using MS
Office advanced package.
o Inspection and corrosion analysis for several types of equipment (reactors, towers, ammonia tank,
steam boilers, heat exchangers and pressure vessels).
o Used Advanced NDE techniques such as MFL, IRIS, NOTIS, 3D Laser Scanning and EMAT.
o Evaluation and testing plant’s axial compressors, centrifugal pumps, and steam turbines.
Participated in the R&D department to develop a green AAC blocks factory engineered to suit the market demand and to manage the material selection process for mega solar stations.
➢Developing specifications for the materials utilized in construction of Renaissance Hotel solar station.
➢Supervised the erection of Eagle Chemicals 415KW Solar Station.
