Managing national supply and demand of spare parts and all related activities for the dominating automotive brand in the country:
• Procurement: Plan, approve and monitor parts orders to suppliers and deliveries to distribution centers based on company objectives and available resources.
• Inventory Management: Optimize tied up capital in Inventory while ensuring customer service level is not compromised.
• Supplier Management: Plan, negotiate, and supervise supplier development, improvement, and termination decisions.
• Customer Service: Responsible for providing all customer spare part needs, resolving abnormalities and providing necessary trainings.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and evaluate future supply and demand strategies in accordance with the overall company direction and growth plans.
• Operational Planning: Augment policies & frameworks to realize objectives, maintain optimal operational conditions, and assure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Risk Management: Develop policies and procedures to meet MOCI’s 14-days supply regulation. Build and implement action plans for mitigating potential risks emerging from supply and demand disparities.
• Leading and developing the production team to ensure high quality outputs by adhering to the policies and SOP’s.
• Supporting continuous product availability to customers by ensuring uninterrupted production and safeguarding timely delivery of raw materials.
• Working with the team to continuously improve the capability of individuals and the overall team to increase their performance towards targets.
