➢ Managing customer service teams, day-to-day activities, customer care calls/feedback, handling customer complaints, business retention initiatives,
➢ Responsible for Telemarketing system enhancements, market intelligence and competitive analysis, quality supervision, compliance with bank policies and procedures.
