(1) End to end responsibility of the project site in terms of bottom up and top down coordination with British Council officials (client), consultants, own company directors, vendors and project work-force.
(2) Responsible for the implementation of Electrical works according to construction drawings provided by the client through consultants.
(3) Ensuring all the Engineering and other works done according to the international standards
(4) Providing latest and up to date devices and systems according to newly introduced technology
(5) Responsible for Procurement of all Electrical and Civil instruments, devices and materials used on site
(6) Managing site visits of all Local/Foreigner visitors on the project site. Managing its time lines and briefing them on used methodologies.
(7) Ensuring that all Health and Safety standards are maintained at the project site according to international standards and SOP’s provided by The British Council and Consultants.
(8) Controlling, monitoring and managing all the management and financial activities performed on site
(9) Deputed as a Coordinator and administrator from the company to all types of vendors
(10) Developing project execution and implementation plan after calculating all kind of risks
