I handled the incoming and outgoing packages from and to Bahrain.
Also, most of my time was on sending feedback through e-mail and answering inquiries from business firms around the world who are trying to send or import goods into Bahrain.
Adding to that, I have a Clearance Broker license which entitles me to clear goods from Customs and solve customer issues with invoices or duty/tax.
This was a 3month Customer service course and at the end there was an exam which if passed would entitle me to receive a certificate from City & Guilds ( Located in Britian ).
I finished the course and received my certificate ( passed with distinction).
After that, I worked in the supermarket in the customer service stand, guiding customers on where the merchandise is and answering their inquiries about the goods
During my time, I audited the customers room payments, room service payments cash they were or credit card. Making sure that all payments are made and no discrepancies.
Add to that, at the end of the day I would do the night-run and take out the revenue of the hotel for the day.
During my working time, I was serving the customers by all means.
Making sure that all their needs are met.
Also I attended a Yes I Can! course which's purpose was to guarantee a 100% guest satisfaction.
