* Promoting alternative banking channels (sms mobile banking, online banking, and phone banking).
* Handling and monitoring the ATMs of the bank.
* Providing help and guidance to other colleagues when needed and acting as a team leader in his absence.
* Handling all inbound calls received from customers of (Bahrain, Qatar, Jordan, Oman, and Lebanon).
* Handling customers inquiries, requests, complaints, and feedback related to the bank products and services (Accounts, Credit Cards, and Loans).
* Cross-selling of the bank products and services and forwarding sales leads of new customers.
