• Sending Invoices to clients and ensuring payment is received within credit period
• Following up with clients on overdue payments
• Sending updated SOA to customers as per request
• Updating Accounts Receivables Ledger on Daily basis
• Receiving Cash, Cheques, K-net & Online payments from customers
• Preparing daily collection report (cash, cheques, K-net, online payments)
• Preparing cheques for the payment to supplier
• Checking for outstanding invoices and clearing them
• Maintaining AP accounts ledger
• Monthly reconciliation of AR/AP ledgers
• Managing petty cash
• Passing journal entries
• Knowledge in operating K-net machine
• Maintaining Database of clients and entering new customer Data in System
• Preparing Receipt Vouchers for Customers
• Monitoring flow of Cash
• Filing Various Important Documents
• Scanning documents such as PO, DO etc
Receiving Cash and Cheques
•Data entry into SAP (Incoming payments and Deposits)
•Deep Knowledge and Understanding of SAP (ERP Software)
•Passing the journal Entries
•Performing accounting corrections to ensure accurate records
•Reconciliation of Financial Data (Bank Ledgers, Customer Ledgers)
•Preparation of Daily Collection Reports
•Preparation of Debit Notes & Receipt Vouchers
•Keeping Track of records in excel
•Preparation and Calculation of Landed Cost
•Maintaining account receivables Customer files and record
