• Aircraft Galley Planning Lead to implement the Catering Management Solution (CAT360).

• Ensure accurate and timely completion of daily cheque processing and reconciliation reports.
• Manage a team of 4 people.
• Monitoring staff performance and keeping control of the department. Handle Day to Day inquiry and reconciliation of cheques.
• Acknowledging cheque load on a daily basis.
• Report checking of entries from the data entry.
• Scrutinizing of Mashreq customer cheques for inward clearing.
• Balancing of return cheques.
