- Maintain merchandising and store standards at all times adhering to brand guidelines
- Manage stock loss ensuring it is within the agreed target. Organize stock counts; reconcile any stock shortages. Put measures in place to minimize theft. Ensure that goods received into and dispatched from stores are checked and any discrepancies resolved
- Ensure the SOP of the company implminted at the stores.
- Demonstrate collaboration by working effectively with your peers, business partners and others to drive a big-picture business performance and create a positive cooperative working environment
- Duty to make new agreements with new national and multinational companies for distribution of products.
- Support Sales team regarding sales and marketing and to achieve their monthly targets.
- Ensure timely supply to the market by maintaining timely schedule.
- Correspondence with distributor sales team for booking and supplies.
- Motivate, develop, direct, coach, support and delegate to the team, monitoring their performance to achieve store targets
- Regular review of sales performance and consistently looking for opportunities to improve sales
- Ensure excellent standards of housekeeping, grooming and professional conduct are maintained at all times.
- Coordinate and conduct stock intake in warehouses
- Review and reconciling stock variances.
- Review transactions for discrepancies and ensure cash register balances are accurate, seeking to resolve any issues for discrepancies in line with Company policy.
- Meet financial objectives by preparing and reviewing store budgets, expenditures and variances
- Prepare management information reports to ensure relevant information is provided as support for operational decision-making processes.
- Oversee cash transaction entry and management (petty cash, POS cash elements, change floats).

- Check the inventory level of all the keeping in view of their daily and monthly average sales.
- Weekly audit of the ware houses with computer generated statements of the distribution.

- Document control of all removable Asset Care and related documentation
- Prepare daily feedback of schedules
- report shortages, averages and all inventory levels monthly for replenishment to ensure continued operations and avoid product or inventory shortages
