• Have to work with the client’s technical team to be able to devise new plans and schemes for him.
• Responsible to develop and strengthen existing and new schemes and plans to meet the client’s objectives.
- Collect all the needed data and analyze them as per the requirements.
• Actively involved in developing relationships with key users
• supervises a product marketing team to get customer feedback on product improvements
• Coordinate with the sales team and marketing to find out ways to retain and increase customers.
• Monitor performance keeping the budget in mind and suggest measures to maintain profits.
• Participate in the on-going process of promoting various services and product lines.
• Identify, interpret and communicate special service requirements of clients.
