Introducing, promote and selling HEIDELBERG COATINGS to allocated customers through regular visits
to maintain good relationship and obtain market information in carpentry and joinery industry.
Managed key accounts customers by strategic plan execution on the identified growth customers.
Worked closely with internal teams including but not limited to R & D and customer service.
Managed client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle.
Preparing quotation and weekly, monthly reports on sales activities.
Monitor collection to ensure customer payment is received within agreed term to achieved budgeted days
outstanding.
Promoting and selling Protective Coatings to customers through regular visits to achieve targeted
sales results, gross margin and collection.
Strong customer relationships through regular customer visits and responding to enquiries in an
efficient manner.
Product presentation to consultants and decision makers on projects within areas assigned through
regular visits and follow-up to ensure products are specified.
Co-ordinate with various departments in regards to deliveries, invoicing and technical service to
ensure customers' satisfaction.
Main Tasks
Monitor and advise on painting process and product types to suit the change of the requirement at
site.
Visiting the field sites on regular basis to ensure situations are under control.
Carry out in project inspections prior to commencement of work to ensure surface preparation is suitable
for blasting or painting works.
Liaise with field site about progress of painting and for schedules of forthcoming projects to ensure
that customers are met promptly.
Following up customers on proper pricing and customer selection to achieve sales budget, DSO and
gross margin.

Responsible for
day to day administrative & financial duties of the office, which includes correspondence, telephone
management, office health & safety updates, conducting weekly meetings, coordinating with the regional offices
in Middle East and Canada, local procurement, management of human resource related issues & local
invoicing, and financial reporting. Supporting, assisting & undertaking business development activities as per
instructions or delegated by Project Managers.
Worked and managed all office activities such as correspondence, banking transactions, communicating with the
clients, manufacturers & traders. Maintaining database for Invoices & quotations generated, tracking &
maintaining the details of Invoices issued to the client.
Use to keep record of overtime, checking and dispatching of time sheets of office staff and ensures that are
marked properly.
Worked as executive secretary to General Manager and keeping record of telephone calls/messages,
appointments, meeting and mail.
Carried out the duties of the Senior Personal Assistants in their absence and assisted other colleagues at the
time of heavy workload.
