• Review purchasing contracts in cost effective way.
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
• Developing the annual plans and budget and redrafting all process/procedure manuals and recommend implementation of cost-effective services and innovative approaches.
• Invoicing to funding sources, including calculation of completed units of service.
• Supervising five main sections: Operation team, Procurement team, Events management team and Protocol and public relations team.
• Assess and evaluate performance of service providers take necessary action if any.
• Promote the building facilities (classrooms, meeting rooms, auditorium, etc.) for leasing in order to maximize return on investments.
• Interact with the Learners Council, understand their interests, liaise with other departments to achieve their goals.
• Prepare monthly report on the expenses incurred, categorize and submit to Line Manager for review and necessary recommendations to be more cost effective.
• Ensure that processes needed for the Quality Management System (QMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS) are established, implemented and maintained.
