I am playing a role of HR Supervisor at Serco Global Services - (BPO) for Saudi Aramco IT Help Desk and John Hopkins Aramco Healthcare.

I am fully responsible for all the HR functions for both IT Help Desks.

My role is to align the HR practices with the local Saudi Labor law, Corporate policies and Client requirements.

My responsibilities include Recruitment, Policy alignment, Policy Reviews, Performance Management, Organization Development, Internal Communication, Employees Orientation, Employees Engagement and HR Advisory.

I attend local and regional management meetings to provide analytical reports of the workforce and discuss challenges.

I was heavily involved with AIESEC society at University of Canterbury in strategic planning, raising interns and recruiting new candidates. In addition i have worked closely with the Talent Management Director and was member of the Campus Communication team.
