-Responsible for production operations CNC machine shop, weld shop, paint and shot blasting operations. -Meet Production targets -Hire, train & evaluate staff. -Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, maintenance and other operational reports.
-Creates 3D CAD Drawing for Orthopedic Implants.
-Creates instructions for machinists and QC.
-Translates instructions into a computer Aided
Manufacturing (CAM) program.
-Determines sequence of operations for products.
- Selecting cutting tools according to process sheet.
-Study all Products from the manufacturing and cost point of view
-Managing the Capacity and the facilities utilization of the Products at the suppliers.
-Control the manufacturing process at the suppliers.
-Assign the Production plane to the suppliers according to their facilities and production capacities.
-Sustaining the Quality level of the production at the Suppliers.
-Calculating the raw materials needed by the orders.
- Contact with Engineering on design queries and proposals of design change to decrease manufacturing cycle times
-Responsible of reverse engineering for foreign products
-Visiting potential customers in the designated area as planned
-Generate new sales to meet sales targets
-Study market segments and tackle the potential opportunities

-Develop manufacturing processes for Products.
-Selecting cutting tools according to process sheet.
-Creation and update of CNC programs with CAM Software.
-Creation of work orders, MRP and Manufacturing Plan.
-Study all projects from the manufacturing point of view
-Tracking and monitoring production processes to reduce
raw material wastages and to improve yields and
Efficiencies.
-Technical support to sales & Project Engineers
-Control the entire manufacturing process.
-loading the production lines with the Work orders needed
to start manufacturing according to loading plane
-Responsible for CNC machines, Production lines and their
programming
-Calculating the raw materials needed by the Project to start manufacturing
-Handle any problem between manufacturing and design.
-Responsible for Installation, Operation, Training and
Maintenance for CNC Machines & CAD/CAM SOFTWEARs
-Technical Support for customers
-Handling any problem with the customer (Production or Maintenance)
