Monitor and maintains normal operating parameters of the plant as per established standards.
Records specific consumption, production, inventories of product and raw materials streams.
Closely coordinate with field operators on routine activities and follow up.
Handle all sorts of emergencies safely as per standard operating procedures.
Monitor QC laboratory results and take corrective actions if required.
Accounting Nitrogen & Fuel gas consumption and trouble shoot possible abnormalities.
Respond and trouble shoot process alarms, upset and abnormal process condition with coordination of shift supervisor and field operators.
Check CCB safety equipment’s and other systems like HVAC, UPS and Battery backups
Perform daily activities related to plant operation such as monitoring plant operation condition, releasing permits, collecting samples, gathering operational data, trouble shooting, safety patrolling & ensure field activities are in accordance with safety rules and regulations according to operation procedures and instructions.
Ensuring the efficiency of plant operation and reports any abnormality to shift supervisor.
Identify the technical problems resulted defects in the performance of plant and discuss the nature of problems with shift supervisor and conducts the required trouble shooting. Submit a technical report on finding and reasons for such shortage affected to the operation of the plant.
Completed four qualification areas : (MOLEX, Unionfining, UTILITY and Tank Farm)
