• Manage front desk operations and patient interactions.

• Acts as the focal point for all invoices for ZonesCorp for Services Division.
• Responsible of Reporting (Prepared flowcharts and forms for activities in my area)
• Developed track sheets and filing for each activity / transaction.
• Communicated changes to each department and directly with heavy users.
• Implemented the new procedures for each activity under my responsibility.
• Inventory Control, hold critical areas and keep a very tight control over inventory, ensuring that requests for general items (stationery - kitchen items - Office Furniture, etc) are cost-effective and that waste is limited as much as possible.
• Processing all requests of stationery - kitchen items - Office Furniture... etc. via “ERP” system including: Move Order - Transaction Move Order - typing requests - issuing PR, PO.
• Manages the contracts of services Division. Such as (Stationary, kitchen miscellaneous, vehicles, office boys and cleaners) including processing the payments, issuing the work orders, correspondence, coordination with the suppliers.
• Contribution of preparing the annual budget of services Division in coordination with the finance and others departments of ZonesCorp (Preparing budget tables, calculating annual costs and consumptions, requesting annual needs from departments, coordinating with finance, ..etc)
• Contribution of Providing a hospitality and entertainment service for all departments based on their needs and requirements and providing the best possible service as quickly as possible and in an organized manner (providing buffet, snacks, juices, flowers, chocolate, etc..) for all departments Foundation through (meetings, reception of delegations, Ramadan breakfast, official events, .. etc)
Preparing and Typing Letters, Lists, forms, E-mail's and memos.
Registering the Import & export Letters.
Saving and archiving the files.
Arranging the appointments and the interviews special to the Services Manager.
Readying the congress and preparation of its lecturer.
Coordinate with Government Departments & VIP & Costumers
A tow - years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Specialty of Heating Air Conditioning and cooling from the Intermediate Technical Institute, Ministry of Higher Education.
